Our lamp utilizes a low-wattage halogen bulb that gently warms and melts the candle from the top down. This is different than “traditional” candle warmers that melt the candle from the bottom. The result is the candle starts melting and releasing fragrance in a matter of minutes.

Simply plug in your lamp to an electrical outlet, place your candle jar on the base, adjust the height of the lamp accordingly and using the switch on the electrical cord press the on/off power button. You can adjust the heat intensity using the dimmer buttons on the electricaal cord switch. Note- please handle lamp with caution once it is on or immediately after it has been turned off as the bulb will be hot to touch. Also the candle jar will be warmer so please handle with caution. It is suggested to allow lamp and candle jar to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before handling.

Yes within reason like all electrical lamps. Our candle warmer lamps do not require the candle to be lit so there is no open flame. Note- the lamp shade and surface may become hot during use so please exercise caution when handling.

Yes. Our lamps are height adjustable ranging from 4" to a maximum height of 10". This allows you to also customize the fragrance dispersion and the aesthetic appeal of the lamp to suit your preference and space.

Our lamp is equipped with a timer function that allows you to set it for 8, 4, 2 hours. Simply use the timer buttons on the power switch found on the electrical cord to select your desired duration, and the lamp will automatically turn off after the specified time.

Yes. By using the dimmer switch, this will allow you to adjust the intensity of both the light and heat emitted by the bulb. This feature enables you to create the perfect ambiance and fragrance level for any occasion.

To clean, ensure the lamp is unplugged and cooled down. Wipe the lamp base and glass shade with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing the lamp vigorously to prevent damage. Remember to adjust the lamp to its lowest position for easier cleaning.

All lamps include a replacement bulb. Please refer to the product manual or manufacturer's instructions included with the lamp for guidance on replacing the bulb. Always unplug and allow the bulb and glass shade to cool prior to replacing the bulb.

Most candles are completely safe to be used with our lamp. We can’t guarantee that every candle company uses high quality glass jars or uses glass jars that are free from hidden defects. To ensure your candle is safe to be used with our candle warmers, contact the candle manufacturer before use.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes. You can cancel your order and place a new one. To do this, please contact us immediately by email so we can cancel your order.

We at Malbella Essentials pride ourselves on our quality, however there are those one in a million situations. Please email us a photo highlighting the damaged items with your order information and we would be happy to assist further.

After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 1 -2 business days. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Please allow applicable shipping time for your order to arrive. Note- once your parcel has shipped, delays may occur due to unforeseen situations such as inclement weather or holiday schedules. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

Malbella Essentials is based in sunny California! Currently we only ship to customers from our local warehouse here in the United States via USPS.

Normally tracking information can take anywhere from 24 - 48 hours to update accurately. This timeframe can be extended during the holiday season. If it has been more than 4 business days past your shipment date without any tracking update, please email us via and we will assist you further.

Our apologies to hear you are having trouble with delivery. Please thoroughly check surrounding areas and with neighbors or your residential management office (if you're in an apartment building) for the missing parcel. If you still cannot locate it, please email us and we will contact the carrier to investigate the matter. We ask to give at least 24 - 48 hours for the parcel to turn up before contacting us.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Malbella Essentials product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange on UNOPENED and UNUSED, full-priced items within 30 days after your purchase date. All items purchased on sale, promotion or discount are FINAL and cannot be returned unless the item is damaged- which we will provide you with an exchange for the same item only.

We do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping your return. We highly suggest all return items are packaged well to prevent any damage and shipped using a reliable carrier. We do not accept COD shipments as they will be returned to you at your expense. All orders will be refunded once the return item has been received and inspected to insure there is no damage. Please allow 2 -5 business days after shipping your return for us to process your refund. Note- additional time may be needed depending on the banking institution in which your payment was made.

We only provide refunds for full-priced items that have been unopened or unused within 30 days after your purchase date.
